Korean literature
"Chosun Literature" is the organ of the Central Committee of the Union of Chosun Writers, a literary organization of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. It was founded in 1948. At first, the name "Culture Front" was used, then "Literary Art" was published. In 1953, it was changed to "Chosun Literature" and published monthly. Contains commentary on the policy of the Workers' Party of Korea, sympathetic poetry, poetry, novels, and criticism. The number of pages is 80 pages. In 2001, the magazine published the volume 500. This magazine is published by the Comprehensive Literature and Arts Publishing House and is the only literary magazine in the DPRK.
