Elbow dislocation Following the shoulder joint (肩关节), there are many dislocations. Posterior dislocation is most commonly seen, and at the time of hyperextension (elongation of the elbow), the lower part of the humerus is displaced forward. The elbow shows a bending of the hardness and protrudes backward and the movement is impossible because of the pain. Diagnosis is easy on the X-ray, but in children it is important to distinguish between a supraglottic fracture (condyle fracture). Conquest is safe under general anesthesia. Others include anterior, lateral, and dislocated dislocations. 주관절탈구 견관절(肩關節)에 이어서 많은 탈구(脫臼)이다. 후방탈구(後方脫臼)가 가장 많이 볼 수 있고 이것은 과신전시(過伸展時)에 주두(肘頭)가 지점으로 되어, 상완골하단이 전방으로 이탈한다. 주관절은 경도굴곡위를 나타내고 주두가 후방으로 돌출하여 통증때문에 움직임은 불가능이다. X-선측면상으로 진단은 용이하나, 소아의 경우 과상골절(顆上骨折)과의 감별은 중요하다. 정복(整復)은 전신마취하에 행하는 것이 안전하다. 기타, 전방, 측방, 분산탈구(分散脫臼) 등이 있으나 드물다.
