Commentary law
Annotated law is usually called the Annotation school, and it is a school that started in Bologna, Italy. Here, the "Roman Law" was absolutely shown. By means of the commentary, the medieval Italian Roman law researchers absolutely enshrined the gates in the group and the Napoleon code by trying to harmonize the contradictions of the texts. There was a tendency to rule in the nineteenth-century French legal system, which worked to recognize strictly interpreting the text of the written law and logically contradictory legislators in formal and logical ways - thought to be a representation of the total mass of the people.
