He graduated from Dankook University in 1959 with a bachelor's degree and graduated from the National Defense Graduate School in 1963. After that, he was appointed as the head of the Air Force headquarters, the head of the Air Force Headquarters, the Head of the Air Force Headquarters, the Air Force Commander of the 11th Combat Flight, the Air Force Commander of the 10th Combat Flight, the Air Force Military Headquarters, And served as general secretary in April 1979.
