Clearance test This is a kind of new-function test, and there is a clearance test such as urea, creatinine and so on. The clearance test indicates the amount of blood that supplies the amount of substance excreted in urine in one minute, and the clearance value is obtained as UV / B when the urine concentration of the substance is U, the urine dose per minute is V, and the blood concentration of the substance is B . Urea creatinine is almost identical to glomerular filtration because it is filtered from the glomeruli and is not reabsorbed in the tubules. The clearance test shows low values in heart failure, hemorrhage, glomerulonephritis causing shock or glomerular damage, which causes a decrease in renal blood flow. 클리어런스시험 신기능 검사의 일종이고 요소, 크레아티닌 등의 클리어런스 시험이 있다. 클리어런스 시험이란 1분간에 신에서 요중에 배설되는 물질의 양을 공급하는 혈액량을 나타내고 클리어런스치는 물질의 요중 농도를 U, 1분간 요량을 V, 물질의 혈중농도를 B로 하면 UV/B로서 구하게 된다. 요소크레아티닌은 거의 사구체에서 여과되고 세뇨관에서는 재흡수되지 않으므로 사구체여과와 거의 일치한다. 클리어런스시험에서는 신혈류량의 감소를 일으키는 심부전, 출혈, 쇼크나 사구체의 손상을 일으키는 사구체신염 등에서 낮은 값을 나타낸다.
