Cushing Reflex Reflex where arterial pressure rises when intracranial pressure rises. Pressure receptors are excited and can cause bradycardia due to the reflective excitement of the vagus nerve (迷 走 神经). 쿠싱반사 두개강내압(頭蓋腔内壓)이 상승하면 동맥압이 상승하는 반사. 두개강내압의 상승으로 강내의 혈행이 방해를 받고 연수(延髓)의 순환중추가 혈액부족으로 인한 흥분해 교감신경이 자극을 받기 때문에 생긴다. 압력수용기가 흥분하고 미주신경(迷走神經)의 반사성 흥분에 따른 서맥을 일으키는 수가 있다.
