Raffinos
Raffinose is a trisaccharide complexed with galactose, glucose and fructose. It contains beans, cabbage, bellied cabbage, broccoli, asparagus, and other vegetables and whole grains. Raffinose can be hydrolyzed to D-galactose and sucrose by a-galactosidase that is not present in the human digestive tract.
