Ross Leader
Ross leader is a term used in business administration and is generally called bait, special, incentive, and special goods. Retailers reduce their prices by lowering prices to sell general merchandise, thereby lowering inventories and attracting customers to stores. It is a sort of bypass strategy for selling flagship products in the future. The main product is more profitable because it sells itself more often, but the production volume is often large, but the bait product often uses this strategy because its production volume is limited because it only needs to be accessible to the business area of the company. It is often seen in online shopping malls and department stores.
