Civil trial
Confirmatory trial, imperative trial, formative trial are trials corresponding to small, the formation of the small, the implementation of confirmation each. Confirmatory trial is the main ruling on the custody of the confirmation, and accordingly, it confirms the existence of the right relation which is a litigation. In the case of the amendment, the judgment of rejection of a claim is also a verifiable trial to confirm that there is no obligation to fulfill it, and that there is no forming event or formative power. An impeachment trial is a trial of the merits of a claim against the covenant of fulfillment, declaring that the defendant's performance obligation asserted by the plaintiff is intact. If this trial is confirmed and the declaration of the prosecution is affixed, enforcement will occur and enforcement will be possible. Formal trial is a trial in which the legal relationship between the contents declared by a judgment is changed, such as declaring a divorce as a court case or canceling a resolution of a general meeting of shareholders. These results are called forming power and are unique to formal trials.
