Bearer bonds
Bearer bonds are securities bonds that must be reimbursed to the bearer without specifying a specific creditor. This includes unsecured bonds, checks without bills, gift vouchers, railway tickets, admission tickets to the theater. The transfer of bearer bonds is made by the issuance of securities, and in general, the regulations on the transfer of the indicated bonds are also applied to the transfer of bearer bonds. However, since nothing related to endorsement exists in bearer bonds, endorsement is not applied to bearer bonds.
