Tumuli Tomb
Munmu Royal Tomb is the royal tomb of King Sungra Munmu. It is located off Bonggil-ri, Yangbuk-myeon, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongbuk province. On July 24, 1967, it was designated as Historic Site No. 158 of the Republic of Korea. King Munmu who accomplished the reunification of the Three Kingdoms buried his body in a Buddhist manner and buried his remains in the East Sea, so that it would be easy to do so. This rock is called the Great King or the Great King Rock, and the King of the Sea is unparalleled in the world. They made waterways and let the water pass through the sea.
