남해
The South Sea refers to the southern sea of the Korean Peninsula, and generally refers to the sea between Jeollanam-do in Jeollanam-do and Haeundae-gu in Busan Metropolitan City. Internationally, most of this area belongs to the East Sea, and the rest to the Yellow Sea. The International Hydrographic Organization has set the boundary between Jeju Island and the Yellow Sea as the boundary of Jeju Island in the third edition of the "boundary between ocean and sea" published in 1953, the East Sea as the northeast, and the East Sea as the south sea of Jeju Island. 남해는 한반도의 남쪽 바다를 지칭하는 말로, 일반적으로 전라남도 진도부터 부산광역시 해운대구까지 사이의 바다를 가리킨다. 국제적으로 이 해역의 대부분은 동해에 속하고, 나머지는 황해에 속한다. 국제 수로 기구는 1953년 발간한 《해양과 바다의 경계》 제3판에서 제주도를 경계로 서북쪽을 황해, 동북쪽을 동해, 제주도 남쪽 바다를 동중국해로 설정하고 있다.
