Nashing Lange
Nashigoren is a fried rice dish spread widely in Southeast Asia such as Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Malay Indonesian rice means 'rice', Goryeong means 'fried', 'fried'. Due to the nature of hot and humid climates, it appeared as a preservation formula to prevent early breaks of the rice, and it was made to reflect the food culture that prepared the food in advance. The difference with fried rice is that it cooks with tamarind, a kind of soybean, and sweet soy sauce called Cactus Manis, Indonesian style hot sauce called sambal sauce. It is accompanied by deep-fried cookies called kurouchi, which are similar to the fried rice with the flavors of egg fry, fried chicken, satena, and shrimp. You can control the degree of spicy by pouring a certain amount of Sambal source. It can be easily found in countries other than Asia where there are many people from Southeast Asia. The Netherlands is known to have entered the Dutch East Indies.
