Soviet
The Soviet or the Workers - Peasants' Committee (Russian: совет Sobet, a cultic language: Sobet, transliteration: 蘇維埃) is a democratic self-governing organization of workers, peasants and soldiers of the Russian empire. Soviet means "council" in Russian. In October 1905, the workers' representative Soviet was founded in the capital of the Russian Empire in St. Petersburg, and later independent Soviets were established in various parts of the Russian Empire. During the February Revolution in Russia in March 1917, there was a union between the workers 'Soviet and the soldiers' Soviets, and the Soviets took over from the Russian interim government that was born after the revolution. In October of 1917, the October Revolution brought the Bolshevik regime to power. With this revolution, the Russian Empire became Soviet Russia and the Soviet Union (Soviet Union) was born in 1922. Later the Soviets were brought before the Federal Republic.
