Notosaurus
Notosaurus is an ancient marine reptile that flourished in the Triassic period. Notosaurs generally lived from 240 million to 220 million years ago. Excavation is underway in South America as well as in China and Britain. They lived mainly in groups of 10 to 18. The largest fossil discovered was about 4 meters long and weighs about 400 kilograms. The most known is the order of Notosaurus. This name means "fake lizard".
