Definition of 오토골반 in the Korean dictionary
Autopelvic This refers to the state in which the osteochondral base protrudes into the pelvic cavity due to chronic progression and the femoral head enters the ganglion. It was first used by Otto (1824). There are some idiopathic unknown causes, various arthritis, trauma, and other secondary symptoms. Many of the idiopathic females are often raised on both sides. Symptoms are most often symptoms of deformity arthropathy, such as limitation of movement of the joints and pain and claudication during adulthood. In the early treatment, traction therapy, anti-inflammatory analgesics, and intra-articular injection of adrenocortical steroids are performed. In severe cases, total hip arthroplasty or joint fixation is performed. 오토골반 만성진행성으로 관골구저(寬骨臼底)가 골반 강내로 돌출하고 대퇴골두(大腿骨頭)가 관골구내로 들어간 상태를 말한다. Otto(1824)가 최초로 사용했다. 원인불명의 특발성인 것과 각종 관절염이나 외상, 그밖에 잇따라 일어나는 2차성의 것이 있다. 특발성의 것은 여성에게 많고 양쪽에 일으키는 경우가 많다. 증상은 대부분 장년기에 관절의 가동 제한과 통증, 파행(跛行)등의 변형성관절증의 증상이다. 치료는 초기에 견인요법, 소염진통제의 복용, 부신피질 스테로이드의 관절내 주입도 이루어지는데, 심하게 상태가 진행한 것에는 인공고관절 치환술이나 관절고정술이 이루어진다.
