Fennel is a perennial plant of the family Lenny, nicknamed fennel, scientific name Foeniculum vulgare. The main destinations are France, Germany, Italy, China and India. Grind seeds and use them. Steam distillation from seeds yields Fenel oil. It is also commonly used as herb (herbal spice). Ingredients: Essential oil is 50% anethol and contains other estragol, pinene, limonene, etc. Usage: Also known as herb of fish, it is commonly used in fish dishes in Europe, especially Italian. Sprinkled on bread or pie or used in soup. It is used as an incense of liqueur. 페넬유 나리과의 일년생 식물, 별명은 회향, 학명은 Foeniculum vulgare. 주산지는 프랑스, 독일, 이태리, 중국, 인도. 종자를 분쇄하여 사용한다. 종자에서 수증기 증류하여 페넬유를 얻는다. 또 herb(초본 향신료)로서 상용한다. 성분:정유의 주성분은 anethol로 50%를 차지하고 기타 estragol, pinene, limonene 등이 함유된다. 용도:생선의 herb라고도 하며 유럽, 특히 이태리 요리에서 생선 요리에 상용한다. 빵이나 파이에 뿌리거나 수프에도 이용된다. 리큐어의 향으로 이용된다.
