Pulmonary involvement Pulmonary involvement is the site of tuberculous lesions, but on the front of the chest X-ray photograph, the collarbone and the upper rib are overlapped, and lesions are often absent. In order to take out these shades and take the pulmonary lobe, a radiographing method is projected, in which the X-ray is projected from the obliquely upward (downward) direction. It is widely used for the examination of TB disease cattle. In addition, the photographing in this direction is also used for searching the same region because the lesions of the right middle lobe (left middle lobe) and the left lobe (left lobe) are more clearly photographed. 폐첨촬영 폐첨부는 결핵성병변의 호발부위이나, 흉부 X-선사진의 정면상에서는 쇄골, 상부늑골음영이 겹쳐지며, 병변이 보이지 않는 경우가 많다. 이들 음영을 떼어내서 폐첨부 폐야를 찍기 위해서 X-선을 사상방(斜上方), 하방에서 투영하는 촬영법이 고안되어 있는데, 이를 폐첨촬영이라고 한다. 결핵병소의 검사에 많이 이용된다. 또한 이 방향에서의 촬영은 우중엽(右中葉), 좌설구(左舌區)의 병소가 보다 명료하게 촬영되기 때문에 같은부위의 검색에도 이용된다.
