Alveolar proteinosis Rare diseases reported by Rosen et al. (1958). The pulmonary histology is characteristic of papules filled with PAS positive material. Chemically, phospholipids and chest X-ray photographs are similar to those of pulmonary edema at first sight, and they represent infiltration type of butterfly in both lungs. Coughing, fading, breathing during exercise, chest pain, fatigue, weight loss, dyspnea, cyanosis, etc. appear. The cause is unknown. Confirmation is by lung biopsy. 폐포단백증 Rosen 등(1958)에 의해 보고된 희귀한 질환. 폐조직소견은 특징적으로 페포는 PAS양성의 물질로 채워져 있다. 화학적으로는 인지질, 흉부X-선사진은 일견 폐수종과 같으며 양폐야에 접형(蝶型)의 침윤형을 나타낸다. 기침, 담, 운동시 숨이 차며 흉통, 권태감, 체중감소, 호흡곤란, 청색증 등이 나타난다. 원인은 불명. 확진은 폐생검에 의한다.
