Seocho Seowon is a vocational college located in Sangsan-gong, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do. It was built in 1725 in order to hold the new 4th Loyal Mission to Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province, soon to be held by Kim Chan-go, Lee Myung, Lee Kun-myung, and Tae-chae Cho. In 1927, the Seowon site was incorporated into the railroad and moved to Bokwang-dong, Yongsan-gu, but it was re-established in 1968 when it was difficult for the vassal to be destroyed by the Korean War and rebuilt.
