Shadow Bulletin
"Shadow Notice" means 'activity of the apostolic', commonly referred to as 'A.A.S.'. The official publication of the constellation is published 12 times a year. It was founded by the order "Promulgandi Pontificias Constitutiones" of Pope Pius X10 on September 29, 1908, and the first publication appeared in January 1909. This publication lists the decree, the Bylaws, resolutions of the Holy See councils, and the remarks of important members of the Church. The statutes published in this Gazette shall come into effect only after three months from the date of publication of the Gazette. A similar publication was published in place of the "Constellation Notice" that had been published since 1865. Although not officially published in the Constellation, all of the documents published on the May 23, 1904 Constitution by the Organization of the Constellation declared that they were "official and authentic". As mentioned above, publication of the constellation was suspended after four years.
