Cyclotron Resonance is a phenomenon that can be seen in electrons in the semiconductor or on the surface of electrons in the surface of a semiconductor. When a charged particle in a magnetic field is irradiated with an electromagnetic wave of the same frequency when cyclotron movement is performed, it absorbs energy by resonating. In semiconductors, the effective mass of conduction electrons (conduction electrons) is used to study the Fermi surface (surface) of metals. Magnetic resonance means that the high frequency electric field in the cyclotron resonance becomes a high frequency magnetic field. 사이클로트론공명 반도체 내의 전자나 금속 표면의 전자에서 볼 수 있는 현상으로, 자기장 안에 있는 하전입자가 사이클로트론운동을 할 때 같은 진동수의 전자기파를 쬐어주면 공명하여 에너지를 흡수하는 현상이다. 반도체에서는 전도전자(傳導電子)의 유효질량, 금속에 관해서는 페르미면(面) 등을 연구하는 데 이용된다. 자기공명은 사이클로트론공명에서의 고주파전기장이 고주파자기장으로 되는 것을 말한다.
