Triple heart
The judicial organs of the Republic of Korea generally operate as a third party. The first and second are judgments that take into account both the facts of existence and the two sides of the law, and the third is the judiciary, that is, the judiciary only considering the legal aspects. The object of appeal is the trial of the appellate court. The appeal court is usually held in the High Court or the District Court Consensus Office, and if the reason for the appeal is judged to be sufficient, the case is re-confirmed. It is also called an appeal because it is an appeal. An appeal may be dismissed when the reasons for the appeal are not sufficient. If you can not comply with the High Court's ruling, you can appeal within two weeks of the ruling. The third trial shall be conducted by the Supreme Court, and the applicant shall review only the interpretation of the law, regardless of the authenticity of the case. Because it is trial by petition appeal, it is called appeal. The Supreme Court's judgment is recorded as a precedent, and the recorded precedent serves as a customary practice of judicial power.
