Postpartum paralysis of hands and feet after dissolution. According to the old medical book, postpartum depression is caused by a lack of blood, but when a wind cold is invaded or blood is consumed, hepatomegaly is lacking. It is chills that have a cold, fever and sweating. Treatment is a method of nourishing the blood of the adulthood (肝 阴 血), such as quince, . 산후구련 해산한 뒤에 손발이 오그라드는 병증. 옛 의학서에 따르면 산후구련은 기혈이 허한데 풍한사(風寒邪)가 침입하거나 혹은 기혈이 소모되면서 간혈(肝血)이 부족해져 생긴다고 하였으며 풍한사가 침입한 것은 오한이 있고 열이 나며 땀이 나기도 하고 나지 않기도 하는 데 치료는 거풍양혈(祛風養血)하는 방법으로 형방사물탕[荊防四物湯: 사물탕(四物湯)에 형개(荊芥) · 방풍(防風)을 넣은 것]을 쓴다고 하였다. 그리고 간혈이 부족한 것은 현기증, 이명(耳鳴), 시력 장애 등 증상들이 있는데 치료는 간음혈(肝陰血)을 자양하는 방법으로 사물탕(四物湯)에 모과(木瓜) · 구등(鉤藤) 등을 넣어 쓴다고 하였다.
