The main function of the cranial nerve 12th cranial nerve is to move the tongue (tongue). Causes of disability in the distal part of the sublingual nerve include cranial fractures, cervical dislocation, or addiction. Hemorrhage, tumor, conjunctivitis, progressive bulbar palsy (progressive bulbar palsy) are known as disorders of the sublingual nerve nucleus of soft tissue. Symptoms of relaxation paralysis include atrophy of the tongue half of the affected side (tongue half), and nystonic spasms (fibrous spasm). In bilateral growth ashes, the movement of the tongue is lost, causing dysphagia (dysphagia) and gait disorders. 설하신경마비 제12뇌신경으로 주요한 기능은 혀(舌)를 운동시키는 것이다. 설하신경의 말초부분에서의 장애의 원인으로서, 두개저골절, 경추탈구(頸椎脫臼)나 중독이 있다. 연수(延髓)의 설하신경핵의 장애로서, 출혈, 종양, 공동증, 진행성구마비(進行性球痲痺) 등이 알려져 있다. 이완성마비의 증후로서, 환측의 설반분(舌半分)의 위축, 선유성연축(線維性攣縮)을 볼 수 있다. 또 혀를 전방으로 돌출시키면 마비측에 편위(偏位)한다. 양측성장애시에는 혀의 운동은 소실하고 연하장애(嚥下障碍)나 발어장애(發語障碍)의 원인으로 된다.
