Seoul Arts University
Seoul Arts University is a 3/4-year private arts university located in 171, Art Center, Gyeonggi-do, Danwon-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. It was established in 1962 as the Academy of Korean Drama Academy and was accredited as the Seoul Drama Academy in 1964 and Seoul Arts College in 1973. It was reorganized into Seoul Arts College in 1978 and Seoul National University of Arts in 1998 and Seoul National University of Arts in 2012. The Namsan campus, which was used since 1962, started to establish a new campus in Ansan in 1995 to resolve the narrowness of the site and the building of the river, and to improve student welfare and lecture efficiency. After the transfer of campus, Ansan is an art education space, and Namsan campus in Seoul is being operated as an art experience space. In the drama center on Namsan campus, four-year bachelor's degree major courses, graduation performances, and cultural arts courses are being held. Graduation performances and undergraduate lectures are held at Ansan Campus.
