Cell Maturity Index In cell classification, an index indicating the degree of maturation of squamous epithelium by the ratio of three basal cells (basal cells), middle layer cells (middle layer cells), and superficial cells (superficial cells) among squamous epithelial cells Index), reflecting the hormonal environment. Actually, 100 squamous epithelial cells are counted as basal, middle, and superficial cells. For example, 20 / 70.10 means 20 basal cells, 70 middle-layered cheeks, and 10 superficial cells. When the surface cells are increased, it is called as rightward movement (rightward movement), and it occurs under the action of estrogen. Increased basal cell count is called left ventricular (leftward movement) and can be seen when estrogen is decreased. In the action of progesterone, middle layer cells increase. 세포성숙도지수 세포분류에 있어서 편평상피세포(扁平上皮細胞) 가운데 기저세포(基底細胞), 중층세포(中層細胞), 표층세포(表層細胞) 3자의 비율에 의해서 편평상피의 성숙정도를 가리키는 지수(指數)로서 호르몬 환경을 반영한다. 실제로는 100개의 편평상피세포를 세어서, 기저세포, 중층세포, 표층세포로 분류한다 예를 들어 20/70.10은 20개의 방기저세포, 70개 중층세프, 10개의 표층세포를 의미한다. 표층세포가 증가한 경우를 우방이동 (右方移動)이라고 하는데, 에스트로겐작용하에서 생긴다. 방기저세포가 증가한 경우를 좌방이동(左方移動)이라고 하며, 에스트로겐이 저하한 경우에 볼 수 있다. 프로게스테론의 작용에서는 중층세포가 증가한다.
