Slovakia
Slovak Republic, shortly called Slovakia, is a republic in Central Europe. It is bordered by the Czech Republic to the west, Poland to the north, Ukraine to the east, Hungary to the south, and Austria to the southwest. The capital is Bratislava and Slovak is the official language. The ethnic composition of this country is mostly Slovak, belonging to the West Slavs, and the Czech is the second most important ethnic group. Slovenia, whose name is similar, belongs to the Slavs like this country, but it is a country close to Poland and the Czech Republic, and Slovenia is mainly associated with the surrounding South Slavs.
