Korea National Emergency Management Agency
The National Emergency Management Agency was the central administrative agency of the Republic of Korea, which oversees the administration of fire fighting, disaster prevention, civil defense operations and safety management. On June 1, 2004, the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs was reorganized and established. It was located at Seoul Government Complex in 209 Sejong Daejong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. The chief engineer was seen as a vice minister-level civil servant official or fire chief. It is a national institution established by the first national signature of Korea, which was submitted to the National Assembly by 1.1 million signatures. The first of the purposes of the national signature was improvement of the firefighter's treatment. On November 19, 2014, due to the establishment of the National Security Agency, the work was transferred to the National Security Agency and the Central Fire Station.
