Definition of 수소화탈황 in the Korean dictionary
Hydrogenation Desulfurization It is a method to remove sulfur compounds mixed as impurities in each oil fraction of petroleum by hydrogenation reaction. It is also called hydrogenation desulfurization. Although there are differences in conditions depending on the light weight of the raw materials to be treated, the sulfur compounds are converted into hydrogen sulfide and separated from hydrocarbons by reacting with hydrogen using a catalyst under high temperature and pressure. It is called hydrodesulfurization because desulfurization, deoxidization, denitrification and saturation stabilization of unsaturated components are performed and the main purpose of removing sulfur from heavy fuel oil, especially sulfur, is performed. 수소화탈황 석유의 각 유분에 불순물로 혼입해 있는 황화합물을 수소화 반응에 의해 제거하는 방법이다. 수첨탈황(水添脫黃)이라고도 한다. 처리원료의 경중(輕重)에 따라 조건의 차는 있으나, 일반적으로 고온·고압하에서 촉매를 사용하여 수소와 반응시켜, 황화합물을 황화수소의 형태로 만들어 탄화수소에서 분리시킨다. 석유유분은 탈황과 동시에 탈산소·탈질소, 불포화 성분의 포화안정화 등이 실시되며, 연료유 특히 황분이 많은 중유에서 황분의 제거가 주요 목적이므로 수소화탈황이라고 한다.
