Ansanwa ~ Stadium
Ansanwa ~ Stadium is a multipurpose stadium with natural grass football field and athletics field in Ansan City, Gyeonggi Province, Korea. The budget of KRW 112.8 billion was invested, and construction commenced in April 2003 and completed in November 2006. It has an area of 168,437 square meters and an audience floor of 35,000. On March 28, 2007, Korea and Uzbekistan played the opening match against the 2008 Beijing Olympic soccer preliminaries. By the year 2012, the National League's Ansan H FC used the stadium, but there was no soccer team that once used the stadium as home after it was relocated to Goyang. In 2013, the HSBC Asian Five Rugby Championships were held. From 2014, the Ansan Police Department football team of the K League Challenge is using the stadium as a home stadium. Lotte Mart was in the stadium, but it closed in October 2014.
