Amniocentesis refers to that during amniocentesis, amniotic fluid enters the mother's blood and causes acute shock, hemorrhage, oliguria, etc. in the mother. Abnormal uterine pressure, intravenous opening of the uterus, and damage to the placenta cause amniotic fluid to enter the mother, resulting in shock symptoms such as pulmonary artery occlusion, hypotension, pulmonary edema, and dyspnea. Since amniotic fluid has the action of Tronborpastin, blood coagulation occurs and DIC occurs. Heparin, fibrinogen, and corticosteroids are administered for the reduction of platelets, fibrinogen, and FDP. Fresh blood transfusion is effective for bleeding. The mortality rate of Moa is high. Prognosis is also poor. 양수색전 분만중 양수가 모체혈중으로 들어가서 모체에 급성쇼크, 출혈, 핍뇨 등을 일으키는 것을 말한다. 자궁내압의 이상항진, 자궁내면에 대한 정맥개구, 태반의 손상 등으로 양수성분이 모체로 유입해서 폐소동맥의 폐쇄, 저혈압, 폐부종, 호흡곤란 등의 쇼크증상이 일어난다. 양수에는 트론보르파스틴성 작용이 있기 때문에 혈액응고가 일어나고 그때문에 DIC가 발생한다. 혈소판, 피브리노겐의 감소, FDP의 증가에 대해서 헤파린, 피브린노겐, 부신피질호르몬을 투여하고 출혈에 대해서는 신선혈 수혈이 유효하다. 모아의 사망률이 높다. 예후도 불량하다.
