Kiss Observatory
The Keith Observatory is an American observatory. In 1892, a businesswoman in Chicago, Keith, founded a number of donations and is run by the University of Chicago in the United States. The observatory is located in Williams Bay, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and has three main telescopes. Two of them are reflective telescopes with reflectors with diameters of 102 cm and 61 cm, respectively. The other is a refracting telescope with a diameter of 102 cm and a length of 19 meters. It is well known for accurately measuring distances to stars and is also well known for interstellar materials, spectral studies of stars, spectroscopy, and theoretical astrophysics.
