Carbon fluoride
Chlorofluorocarbons or chlorofluorocarbons refer to organic compounds containing carbon, chlorine, and fluorine, and are produced as volatile derivatives of methane and ethane. It is also called chlorofluorocarbon. Hydrocrystalline chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) also include hydrogen. DuPont is also known as the brand name Freon. Therefore, this material is also called as freon gas. In Korea, chlorofluorocarbons are commonly known as freon gases, but precisely they refer to hydrogen fluorocarbons. In fact, there are many different types of compounds, and similar compounds are referred to as CFCs. Numerous CFCs are widely used as coolants, propellants, and solvents.
