Essential Reagent It is a medicine used under the supervision of a physician. It is effective if it is not used under the direction of a doctor, such as antibiotics, which are susceptible to pathogenic bacteria, or that they should be especially cautious for use such as some addictive medicines. It means drugs that can not only fail but also cause danger. They should be labeled as "Yoji-shi" or "Attention-prescription or instruction by a doctor, etc." and should not be sold or presented without a prescription or instruction from a doctor. 요지시약 반드시 의사의 지도하에 사용하는 의약품으로 이는 항생물질과 같이 병원균에 내성이 생기기 쉬운 것, 또는 일부의 습관성 의약품과 같이 사용상 특별히 주의하여야 하는 것 등, 반드시 의사의 지시하에 이용하지 않으면 효과를 얻지 못할 뿐만 아니라 오히려 위험이 생길 우려가 있는 약을 뜻한다. 이들은「요지시」 또는「주의-의사등의 처방전, 지시에 의해 사용할 것」등의 표시가 필요하며 처방전 또는 의사의 지시가 없는 경우에는 판매 또는 수여해서는 안된다.
