Application software
The use of software is a subclass of computer software that uses the ability of the computer directly and fully to perform the desired tasks of the user. This is different from system software that integrates various computer capabilities, but usually does not use them directly to perform tasks that benefit the user. In this sense, the term usage refers to both the use and implementation software. The same parable, though imperfect, in terms of hardware is the link between an electric light bulb to an electric power plant. Logic power produces only electricity, but it is useless to be used for use such as light bulbs that provide services to users. Common examples of software use are word processors, spreadsheets, and media players. Some use software is a package that is sometimes known as a use suit. For example, Microsoft Office and OpenOffice.org, which wrap up word processors, spreadsheets, and some small usage software.
