Burning intentionally

Accidental combustion, also known in the legal field as arson, is a form of crime burning property, structure, building and wildlife. It can be distinguished from other sources of fire such as spontaneous combustion and natural forest fires. Arson can also be defined as burning the property of others or by themselves intentionally to claim insurance compensation. In Malaysia, offenders charged with arson offenses may be charged under Section 435, 436 and 438 of the Penal Code which carries a jail term of 7 to 20 years and fine upon conviction.
