Chocolate
Chocolate is the name of a food processed from cocoa beans. Chocolate is generally given as gifts or gifts on special days. With unique shapes, patterns and tastes, chocolates are often used as expressions of gratitude, sympathy, or attentiveness to the expression of love. Since then, chocolate does not start as food, but drinks with a special flavor. Chocolate is produced from cocoa that originally grew in the northern Amazon region extending to Central America possibly to Chiapas, the southernmost part of Mexico. The Olmec people use the tree and, perhaps, also, make "chocolate" along the Gulf coast in southern Mexico about 1000 BC. The first civilization that inhabit the Meso-American region begins to recognize the "kakawa" tree whose fruit is used as a drink.
