Kabul

Kabul is the capital and largest city in Afghanistan. The population is 3 million people. Located at 1800 meters above sea level in the valley between Kush Hindu mountains and the Kabul River. Kabul is connected to Ghazni, Kandahar, Herat and Mazari Sharif cities by way of the ring. Kabul can be accessed from Pakistan to the southeast and from Tajikistan to the south. The main production of Kabul is guns, fabrics, furniture and sugar beets. Since 1970 Kabul is faced with a constant war that reduces its economic activity. Kabul adalah ibu negara dan bandar terbesar di Afghanistan. Penduduk berjumlah 3 juta orang. Terletak pada 1800 meter dari aras laut di lembah sempat antara pergunungan Hindu Kush dengan Sungai Kabul. Kabul dihubungkan dengan bandar Ghazni, Kandahar, Herat dan Mazari Sharif melalui jalan lingkaran. Kabul boleh dimasuki dari Pakistan di tenggara dan dari Tajikistan di selatan. Pengeluaran utama Kabul ialah senjata api, kain, perabot dan gula bit. Sejak 1970 Kabul berhadapan dengan perang yang berterusan sehingga mengurangkan aktiviti ekonominya.
