Karate or karate-do is one of the eastern martial arts. In general, karate is more illustrated by attacking motion and foot and hand sweep thoroughly. The concept is based on the general understanding of straight and horizontal attacks. Splitting variants are also more than simple methods which when thought easily, karate is a concise art and more guided by the concept of 'boxing' organized. This view is a factor in the error of karate art perception itself. Karate atau karate-do merupakan salah satu seni bela diri timur. Pada umumnya, karate lebih digambarkan dengan gerakan serangan dan belaan kaki dan tangan secara menyeluruh. Konsep yang diamalkan adalah berdasarkan kepada kefahaman umum adalah serangan-serangan lurus dan mendatar. Variasi belaan juga adalah lebih kepada kaedah mudah yang mana apabila difikirkan secara mudah, karate adalah satu seni yang ringkas dan lebih berpandukan kepada konsep 'tinju' teratur. Pandangan inilah yang menjadi faktor kesilapan kepada persepsi seni karate itu sendiri.
