Turmeric
Turmeric is a kind of spice that is widely used in curries and other South Asian cuisine. Turmeric is also used to give a yellow color to cuisine. Apart from the use of culinary, turmeric, it is also well-known among Malays and Indians with its efficacy as an internal cleansing remedy for skin and skin.
