Misalnya, kursus bahasa Inggris tiga bulan atau 50 jam, kursus montir, kursus memasak, menjahit, musik. peserta yang telah mengikuti kursus dengan baik dapat memperoleh sertifikat atau surat keterangan. Untuk keterampilan tertentu seperti, kursus ahli kecantikan atau penata rambut, peserta kursus diwajibkan menempuh ujian negara.
