Psikiatri
Psychiatry is a branch of doctoral science that studies the aspects of mental health and the effect of reciprocal physiological functions on the human body's organo-biology. As a branch of medical science, psychiatry is not alone, but always collaborating and all its aspects are always related to branches of other medical sciences, such as the branch of neuroscience and in-depth science. Psychiatry is built on four basic principles: • Organo-biological dimensions that are the aspects of knowledge of body organs and physiological functions of the human body, especially those directly related to mental health aspects • Psiko-educated dimensions that are the aspects of knowledge about the development of human psychology and the influence education-teaching of a human being from birth to advanced age. ▪ Social-Environmental dimension that is the aspect of knowledge about the influence of socio-cultural conditions and the environment of life to the degree of health of the human soul. Psikiatri adalah suatu cabang ilmu kedoktoran yang mempelajari aspek kesehatan jiwa serta pengaruhnya timbal balik terdapat fungsi-fungsi fisiologi organo-biologi tubuh manusia. Sebagai suatu cabang ilmu kedokteran, ilmu psikiatri tidaklah berdiri sendiri, melainkan selalu berkolaborasi dan segala aspeknya selalu berkaitan dengan cabang-cabang ilmu kedokteran lainnya, misalnya dengan cabang ilmu saraf dan ilmu penyakit dalam. Ilmu psikiatri dibangun atas 4 asas dasar, iaitu: ▪ Dimensi Organo-biologis yaitu aspek pengetahuan tentang organ-organ tubuh serta fungsi fisiologis tubuh manusia khususnya yang berkaitan langsung dengan aspek kesehatan jiwa ▪ Dimensi Psiko-berpendidikan yaitu aspek pengetahuan tentang perkembangan psikologi manusia serta pengaruh pendidikan-pengajaran terhadap seorang manusia sejak lahir hingga lanjut usia. ▪ Dimensi Sosial-Lingkungan yaitu aspek pengetahuan tentang pengaruh kondisi sosial-budaya serta kondisi lingkungan kehidupan terhadap derajat kesehatan jiwa manusia.
