Demantoid - a mineral from a group of silicates, classified as a group of grenades. He was very rare. The name is derived from the Dutch demant - a diamond, which is to indicate the significant similarity of the fire of diamond-cut stone. Demantoid – minerał z gromady krzemianów, zaliczany do grupy granatów. Minerał bardzo rzadki. Nazwa pochodzi od niderlandzkiego demant – diament, co ma wskazywać na znaczne podobieństwo ogni kamienia oszlifowanego do diamentu.
