Kombu

Konbu - a culinary resource derived from several species of seaweed from the order of the listers, mainly Japanese leaflets, and to a lesser extent Saccharina religiosa, Saccharina cichorioides, Alaria crassifolia and various species of Arthrothamnus. It is used in Japanese and other Far Eastern countries. Konbu – surowiec kulinarny uzyskiwany z kilku gatunków wodorostów z rzędu listownicowców, przede wszystkim listownicy japońskiej, a w mniejszym stopniu z Saccharina religiosa, Saccharina cichorioides, Alaria crassifolia i różnych gatunków Arthrothamnus. Wykorzystywany jest w kuchni japońskiej i innych krajów Dalekiego Wschodu.
