Marburg-Biedenkopf is a town in the district of Gießen, in the state of Hesse. It has 80,609 inhabitants and has an area of ​​124.5 km². The nearest big cities are Frankfurt / Main, Kassel and Cologne. Marburg is a city of special status, which means it has taken over some of the county's tasks.
