Działa w ponad 80 krajach, sprzedając swoje produkty pod postacią ponad 8000 marek. Bezpośrednio zatrudnia 275 tys. osób, a pośrednio około 1 200 tys. Spółka publiczna notowana na szwajcarskiej giełdzie virt-x, jej ADR-y notowane są w USA na rynku over-the-counter.
