Oczopląs

Nystagmus - these are involuntary, ocular rhythmic oscillations resulting from imbalance in the tension of the ocular muscles. It may be a peripheral or central vestibular lesion or a manifestation of the so-called. Ocular nystagmus. In the description of the nystagmus we distinguish the following features: ▪ form - horizontal, vertical, rotational, diagonal, horizontal rotational ▪ direction - determined according to the phase of fast movement ▪ speed - slow, medium, rapid ▪ intensity - defined in three-step scale ▪ 1st degree - nystagmus only when viewed in the direction of the fast phase ▪ II degree - nostrils occurring when viewed in the direction of the fast phase and straight ahead ▪ III degree - nostrils occurring even when viewed in the direction of the free phase ▪ type - rhythmic or pendulum ▪ constancy - constant or intermittent ▪ amplitude - fine-, medium-, coarse-grained ... Oczopląs – są to mimowolne, rytmiczne oscylacje gałek ocznych wynikające z braku równowagi w napięciu mięśni ocznych. Może być następstwem uszkodzenia obwodowej lub ośrodkowej części przedsionka lub być przejawem tzw. oczopląsu ocznego. W opisie oczopląsu wyróżniamy następujące cechy: ▪ postać – poziomy, pionowy, obrotowy, ukośny, poziomo-obrotowy ▪ kierunek – oznaczany według fazy szybkiej ruchu ▪ szybkość – wolny, średni, szybki ▪ natężenie – określane w trójstopniowej skali ▪ I stopnia - oczopląs występujący jedynie przy patrzeniu w kierunku fazy szybkiej ▪ II stopnia - oczopląs występujący przy patrzeniu w kierunku fazy szybkiej oraz na wprost ▪ III stopnia - oczopląs występujący nawet przy patrzeniu w kierunku fazy wolnej ▪ typ – rytmiczny lub wahadłowy ▪ stałość - stały lub przerywany ▪ amplituda - drobno-, średnio-, grubofalisty...
