WHAT DOES SPOROGON MEAN IN POLISH?

Sporophyte - diploid stage in the generations of plants and algae. At the stage of sporophyte there is a process of meiosis, which results in spores. In vascular plants the sporophyte is much larger than gametophyte, and is also a stage capable of independent existence. Sporophyte of bryophytes is called sporophyte, develops on gametocyte from fertilized egg. It is a short-lived generation, dying after spore production. It is small and depends on the gametophyte, the so-called. the foot through which it draws water and organic compounds. It is a single, unbranched stem - sets, ending at the top of the spawn, in which spores form. The moths are usually covered with a bonnet, which was made of a detached part of the horn. Sporophytes of most bryophytes have stomata, and some chloroplasts, by which they can produce organic compounds themselves. However, they must draw water and mineral salts from the gametophytes. In the past, the concept of sporophyte was also used for mushrooms.

Sporofit – diploidalne stadium w przemianie pokoleń roślin i glonów. W stadium sporofitu zachodzi proces mejozy, w wyniku której powstają zarodniki. U roślin naczyniowych sporofit jest znacznie większy niż gametofit, jest też stadium zdolnym do samodzielnego istnienia. Sporofit mszaków nazywany jest sporogonem, rozwija się na gametoficie z zapłodnionej komórki jajowej. Jest pokoleniem krótkotrwałym, zamiera po wytworzeniu zarodników. Jest on niewielki i zależny od gametofitu, wrasta w niego tzw. stopą, przez którą pobiera wodę i związki organiczne. Ma postać pojedynczego, nierozgałęzionego trzonka – sety, zakończonej na szczycie zarodnią, w której powstają zarodniki. U mchów puszka najczęściej jest okryta czepkiem, który powstał z oderwanej części rodni. Sporofity większości mszaków mają aparaty szparkowe, a niektóre nawet chloroplasty, dzięki którym mogą same wytwarzać związki organiczne. Mimo to muszą one pobierać od gametofitu wodę i sole mineralne. W dawnych ujęciach pojęcie sporofitu stosowano również do grzybów.
