Stamina
Strain or stamina means resistance of the human being or another animal. It is the ability for humans and animals to exercise through aerobic or anaerobic exercise for relatively long periods of time. The definition of time varies according to the type of effort - minutes for high intensity anaerobic exercises, hours or days for low intensity anaerobic exercises. Resistance training can have a negative impact on the ability to exert physical strength unless an individual compromises resistance training to counteract that effect.
